We deliver worldwide to over 180 countries. Delivery is managed through our seven country websites, each tailored to their local region. All orders include shipment tracking from the moment they leave our warehouse.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times by region: Australia — 5–10 business days; Canada — 7–14 business days; Ireland — 4–8 business days; New Zealand — 7–14 business days; Singapore — 4–8 business days; United Kingdom — 3–7 business days; United States — 5–10 business days. Remote areas and islands may require additional transit time. These estimates apply to standard shipping. Express options may be available at checkout on your local country site.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Many products qualify for free shipping above a minimum order value — this threshold is displayed on your local country website. All applicable shipping costs are shown clearly before payment is taken.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are covered by us in the event of a defective or incorrectly despatched item.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund with priority handling.
